How do I integrate Genially with my LMS?
There are several ways to deliver Genially content to learners in your Learning Management System. Export to your LMS as a SCORM package, set up an LTI connection, or embed using the iframe or HTML script code. What’s the difference between SCORM and LTI?
SCORM is the most widely-used eLearning standard used to package and deliver learning content, compatible with over 300 learning platforms. It enables you to track progress, completion rates, and assessment scores in an LMS. LTI is a platform-to-platform connection that allows you to “play” content from external tools like Genially directly in an LMS. Popular in academic settings, LTI removes the need for manual content exports. Genially is compliant with both SCORM 1.2 and LTI 1.3, and you can use the two together. Do I need an LMS to use Genially?
No. If you don’t use an LMS, you can still use Genially as a standalone learning platform. Just share the link directly with learners or embed on your website or online learning platform. Genially provides built-in engagement analytics and learner tracking so you can keep tabs on students’ progress, review question responses, and see how people are interacting with the material.
