When you publish interactive content in Genially you decide exactly who you want to share it with.

Choose a link that anyone can view or a link that only specific people can view (you’ll need to enter their email address to share it with them).

When you generate the sharing link you can choose whether or not you want your content to be indexed by search engines. To boost SEO make sure to opt for an indexed link, allowing people to discover your content via Google or AI Search.  

If you want to prevent your content from being viewed on websites you haven’t approved, use domain restriction.
You can also lock your content with an access password, to provide an additional layer of security.

You can collaborate on draft content in the Genially editor with members of your team and Guests. Anyone with edit access can edit the content on the canvas and leave comments.

You can also share draft (and published) content with Read-only permissions. This allows specific people to view content inside their Genially dashboard, without editing it. You can grant Read-only access to members of your team, Guests, and others.

Inviting someone to collaborate with Read-Only Permissions is a useful option if you want to share private material or drafts with clients or external stakeholders. They don’t need a seat on your team, but they do need to sign in to Genially.
