Yes, you can explore the tool on a Free plan. You'll have 2 GB of storage space to create geniallys from free templates, blank creations, or imported PPTX, Google Slides, or PDF files. You also get 500 AI credits to generate creations, text, summaries, questions, and much more. To unlock premium features you'll need to upgrade your plan.

A seat is the place a member occupies within a team. On Genially's education plans, there are two types of seats: Teacher and Student. The Teacher seat has an Administrator role, with permissions to create geniallys and use the features available with the plan. However, the Student seat has restricted permissions according to the team's plan and in compliance with privacy laws.

All education plans allow you to add unlimited Student seats for free. The Genius, Edu 360 and Campus plans allow you to expand your team with as many Teacher seats as you like. You can also reduce the number of seats according to your team's needs. The plan and number of Teacher seats determine the total cost of the subscription.

You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. If the amount is over 600 €/$, you can pay by bank or SEPA transfer. To make a transfer, you will need to contact an Account Manager.

All education plans are billed annually.

Yes, when you purchase a plan an invoice will be generated. You can access it or download it in Settings, as well as edit your billing details. Follow these steps.

Yes, but you can cancel your premium subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of the plan until the end date of your subscription. After this date, you will have the Free Genially plan.

No, your creations will remain in your workspace. You will only lose the premium features of the plan. You can read more info here.

Yes, you can download your creations in SCORM 1.2, the most commonly used version with LMS platforms, as well as in SCORM 2004. 

There are 4 presets or ways to download SCORM. Each one provides you with different information. Check which one works best for you. 

SCORM is available on Edu 360 and Campus plans. Contact an Account Manager to get the Campus plan.
