Can I try Genially for free?

Yes, you can explore the tool on a Free plan. You'll have 2 GB of storage space to create geniallys from free templates, blank creations, or imported PPTX, Google Slides, or PDF files. You also get 500 AI credits to generate creations, text, summaries, questions, and much more. To unlock premium features you'll need to upgrade your plan.

Can I change the size of my team?

Accepted Answer

The Master, Author, and Enterprise plans allow you to expand your team with as many seats as you like. You can also reduce the number of seats according to your team's needs. The plan and number of seats determine the total cost of the subscription.

What payment methods does Genially accept?

Accepted Answer

You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay (https://help.genially.com/en_us/available-payment-methods-in-genially-ByE62Zfl3/). If the amount is over 600 €/$, you can pay by bank or SEPA transfer. To make a transfer, you will need to contact an Account Manager (https://genially.com/contact/sales/).

Can I pay for my plan on a monthly basis?

Only the Pro plan is billed monthly. The Master, Author, and Enterprise plans are all billed annually.

Can I get an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Does my plan renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but you can cancel your premium subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of the plan until the end date of your subscription. After this date, you will have the Free Genially plan.

If my premium subscription ends, will I lose my creations?

Accepted Answer

I use an LMS, does Genially have a SCORM package download option?

Yes, you can download your creations in SCORM 1.2, the most commonly used version with LMS platforms, and also in SCORM 2004. There are 4 presets or ways to download SCORM. Each one provides you with different information. Check which one works best for you (https://help.genially.com/en_us/download-your-geniallys-as-scorm-packages-HJDa5vH2o/). SCORM is available on Author and Enterprise plans. Contact an Account Manager (https://genially.com/contact/sales/?) to get the Enterprise plan.

My team is an NGO. Are there any benefits for NGOs in Genially?

Genially offers up to 50% discount for non-profit organizations. If your team is an NGO, we ask that you send a document that confirms your NGO status to support@genially.com. Indicate the size of your team and the plan you would like: Master, Author or Enterprise. We will review the information and apply the discount.
