9. Exclusions applicable to K12 Users

As stated in our Privacy Policy, a K12 User is a child under thirteen (13) years of age residing in the United States or a child under sixteen (16) years of age residing outside the United States.

As noted above, our Website may use remarketing services, such as Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns, to advertise on third-party websites when users have previously visited our Website.

This may result in our users receiving adverts on Google's search results page, on the Google Display Network or on Meta platforms, since these providers use cookies to serve adverts based on previous visits to our Website.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, remarketing and retargeting activities are excluded for K12 Users; that is, the use of these advertising mechanisms is disabled on QuickLink pages that students access directly.
