Sí, el plan Free te permite explorar la herramienta. Dispones de 1 GB de almacenamiento para crear a partir de plantillas gratuitas, creación en blanco o importar archivos PPTX, Google Slides o PDF. Para desbloquear funciones premium debes mejorar tu plan.

¿Puedo cambiar el tamaño de mi equipo?

Los planes Master y Author te permiten ampliar tu equipo con tantos asientos como quieras. También puedes reducir el número de asientos según las necesidades de tu equipo. El plan y número de asientos determinan el coste total de la suscripción.

¿Puedo obtener una factura?

Sí, cuando compres un plan se generará una factura. Puedes acceder a ella desde Configuración, así como editar tus datos de facturación o descargarla. Sigue estos pasos.

Si finaliza mi suscripción premium, ¿pierdo mis creaciones?

No, tus creaciones seguirán en tu espacio de trabajo. Solo perderás las funciones premium correspondientes a tu plan. Puedes leer más detalles.

Uso un LMS, ¿Genially permite descargar en paquete SCORM?

Sí, puedes descargar tus creaciones en la versión 1.2 de SCORM, la más extendida entre las plataformas LMS. Existen 4 presets o formas de descargar SCORM. Cada uno te proporciona un tipo de información diferente. Consulta cuál cumple tus necesidades. SCORM está disponible para planes Master y Author, aunque solo Author permite sincronizar cualquier cambio.
